Zumba® Inclusive
Perfect For: People of all ages with physical, sensory or cognitive challenges. How it Works: This class stimulate joy, acceptance and achievement. We use a repertoire of body movements through guided dance and rhythmic exercise programs that builds trust, physical strength, and provides a safe, supportive environment. Benefits: Improve physical health, and wellness. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Zumba Gold®
Perfect For: Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. How It Works: The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Benefits: Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
Zumba Gold-Toning®
Perfect For: Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba Toning® class that recreates the original moves you love. Low to moderate intensity strength training exercises are essential to prevent a dramatic reduction in muscle mass, muscle strength, atrophy and sarcopenia (loss of skeletal muscle mass). Walk in ready to have a blast and tone up, leave exhilarated and empowered!
Auqa Zumba®
Perfect For: Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. How It Works: Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance. Benefits: There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles
Sit n Fit
Perfect For: Older adults who are looking for a modified class with movements at a lower-intensity. How it Woks: The design of this class introduces easy-to-follow choreography from a seated position. Benefits: Chair workout for seniors is a perfect way to gain strength and be healthy.
Dance Therapy Exercise
Perfect For: People of all ages with physical, sensory or cognitive challenges. How it Works: This class stimulate joy, acceptance and achievement.
